Customization Guidelines
At More Than Shapes (MTS), we are committed to ensuring every outfit is tailored to perfection for you. Here's everything you need to know about customizing your order:

I WANT TO CUSTOMIZE SIZE BUT I'M NOT SURE OF MY BODY MEASUREMENTS

Please WhatsApp, call, or email us at morethanshapestudio@gmail.com before placing an order. Our team will guide you through the process of taking your body measurements.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE ONLY ONE MEASUREMENT (BUST, WAIST, OR HIP)?

Select the stock size closest to your body measurements except for the area you wish to customize.

Click on the "Add Custom Measurements" option below the size chart and enter the specific measurement you want to customize.

The rest of the measurements will follow our standard stock size guidelines.

Example: If you select size S and customize the Bust to 36", the Waist and Hips will still follow the size S measurements.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE LENGTH OF AN OUTFIT?

To reduce the length of a dress, enter the desired length of the dress in the "Add Custom Measurements" section.

If you mention your height, we will proportionately adjust the length of the outfit.

For length extensions, please get in touch with us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE MY OUTFIT MATERNITY-FRIENDLY

We offer customization to make outfits maternity-friendly, including the addition of discreet feeding zips. Get in touch with us to customize your outfit for maternity use, ensuring you can wear it comfortably all year round.

I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE/COUNTRY. CAN I STILL GET A CUSTOM-DESIGNED OUTFIT?

Absolutely! We offer virtual customization for customers across states and countries. Connect with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email, and we’ll collaborate to design something perfect for you.

I WANT TO GET SOMETHING CUSTOMIZED IN PERSON

Visit our studio in Bandra, where our expert team will assist you in achieving the perfect fit. Drop by anytime during our working hours to start your customization journey.

Disclaimer

Body Measurements Only: The measurements provided for customization must be body measurements. The final garment measurements may differ slightly, as they are adjusted to fit your body proportionately based on the design.

No Cash on Delivery for Custom Orders: We do not offer a cash-on-delivery option for customized orders. Any COD orders with customization requests will be canceled.

Non-Returnable: Custom outfits are not eligible for exchanges or returns, as they are made to your specific measurements and requests. If there are errors in design or measurements, please email us at morethanshapestudio@gmail.com for assistance.
