EXCHANGES AND RETURNS Each item we create at our studio is crafted with great care, attention to detail, and a personal touch. We ensure that every piece is thoroughly inspected for quality and defects before it is carefully packaged with a love note and sent to you. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to help you find the perfect fit.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, please email us at morethanshapestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.
Please follow the outlined steps and return the product within the specified timeline. -
Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and still has the original tags attached. Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of damage or wear before processing your exchange. Any exchanges will be handled according to our shipping timeline, as all items are made to order.

- Exchanges or returns will only be processed after communication via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will need to be picked up by the customer.

Customized products and those purchased using credit notes are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

CREDIT NOTE For returns, we provide a credit note for the value of the order, which can be used for future purchases. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed on our website. Please note, as part of our policy, we do not offer cash refunds. |
